Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Rates — Based on Package Weight
Delivery Times
- Croatia: 5-8 business days
- EU countries: 5-8 business days
- Rest of the world: 5-20 business days
Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact me via kristinakinkelavalcic@gmail.com, and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
