Shipping
I offer worldwide shipping for all the artwork.
All artworks are packed and shipped once the payment transaction has been confirmed. Please allow me 2-5 business days to pack the artwork and find the best possible transportation for your artwork.
The duration of your shipping depends on your destination country. The estimated time in Croatia is 2-7 business days, and for international shipping 1-2 weeks.
My priority is to get your artwork safely to you.
Please note that any extra shipping fees (customs, VAT, etc.) are the responsibility of the buyer/recipient!

The shipping prices
Croatia: Free of charge for all sizes
European Union: Free of charge for all sizes up to 1 square meter. Shipping for larger artworks will be calculated additionally, and you will receive a proforma invoice after you place your order.
The rest of the world: Shipping will be calculated additionally, and you will receive a proforma invoice after you place your order.
Payment options
Payment is possible via PayPal and via invoice. After placing your order, you will receive order confirmation to your preferred email address. Shortly after that, you will receive a proforma invoice with payment information.
Taxes
Kristina Kinkela Valčić and her company are not liable for VAT.
Returns
All sales made on this Website are final, but if you want to return your artwork, you have the right to do so within 14 days of the purchase. In case of a return, please get in touch with me through the web form or by email
The item must be returned in perfect condition and its original packaging.
Payments & pricing
All prices are calculated relating to the quality of the product and all the knowledge I put into my creating process and recognizable signature.
I reserve the right to replace products and pricing at any time. I also reserve the right to refuse any order you place. If I decide so, you will be informed via preferred email.

I own and hold a full copyright to everything shared on this Website. Please be fair and do not copy anything you can find on this Website.
Disclaimer of warranty
I always make sure that used materials are of the highest quality and that I only ship high-quality products. I insure all shipments, so if anything happens to your artwork during the shipping between my atelier and your destination, you don't have to worry about the costs. Once you have received your artwork and accepted the shipment, I do not offer further warranty for the purchased items.
Please note that all artworks are mounted on natural materials (wooden frames), and some warping may occur. Changes in room temperature and humidity usually cause this. Please get in touch with your local carpenter/ framer for assistance in these situations.
